Update
We have confirmed from multiple reports that things are back in working order. We will continue to monitor the situation and resolve this incident once we are fully satisfied with the fix. Thank you for your patieince.

Monitoring
We have implemented a fix and are continuing to monitor for further issues. At this time, expected functionality should have returned: all active customers should be able to log into the app and all customers who previously were no longer able to connect with WireGuard should now be able to.

We have had reports of customers unable to log into the app, and those that are already logged in cannot connect via WireGuard. The issue has been identified and a fix is being worked on. In the mean time, we advise customers who cannot log in via the app to take a look at our Manual Configuration options on our support site. For those who are already logged in, please use a different VPN type until we've implemented a fix. We will update this post once more information is available.
