After further work and investigation, our Product Teams are unfortunately unable to resubmit these auto super batches for users. Any auto super batches that have failed will need to be resubmitted ASAP.

SuperChoice, our superannuation clearing house, has confirmed that if these contributions are submitted by 2pm on 24 June 2021 AEST, they should still reach the super fund providers by 30 June 2021.

If you have already successfully resubmitted these batches or processed this outside of Xero, no further action is required.

Today the ATO experienced an outage, which resulted in some users receiving errors when submitting auto super batches in Xero.

We are getting in touch with users to let them know the error message saying a superannuation batch failed was incorrect - our Product Team are re-submitting these batches ASAP. There is no further action required.

Our superannuation clearing house, SuperChoice, has let us know that these contributions should still reach the super fund providers no later than 30 June 2021.
