Our call center provider is continuing to investigate the issues with Call Center Support lines. The following lines may be completely unreachable when users attempt to dial:
- ITS Service Desk - EdTech - Finance Help Line - International Services and Engagement Office (ISEO) - IPPS - Student Finance - 1098T Tax Line - Financial Aid and Scholarships
If you are unable to reach any of these offices via cell, we advise that you submit a ticket at support.ucsd.edu for the time being. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you as the provider works to restore functionality for these services. Updates and additional details will be shared here as they become available.
