The engineering team has identified the root cause of the UI Predictions Job Definitions issue and is deploying the fix to US Prod.

Creating new Predictions Job Definitions and editing existing ones is not available via UI at the moment. The functionality is available using API calls. Our Engineering team is actively investigating the issue.
