We have managed to move some computing power in another Google datacenter. The Helpdesk is fully functional. We are monitoring the situation.

Investigating
There seem to be a problem with Google Cloud in a region where we have two clusters located; this may lead to slower load times, higher error rates and longer delays into getting messages. We're investigating the issue and will come back to you as fast as possible.
