Our team has started to roll out a fix for those customers facing problems using their multi-currency balances. Most customers should now be able to use the product as normal.

Due to some internal processing delays, there's an issue impacting all customers who pay via bank transfers. As a result, it may take us a little longer than normal to confirm that we've received your money. Other payin methods, like cards, are not impacted.
