Service is in the process of being restored in the US region, and affected customers may now be able to log in and obtain API Client tokens.

Update
The US region authentication outage is still ongoing. Customers hosted in the US region may be unable to log in to Jamf Protect or obtain API Client tokens. We are continuing to monitor the situation as we wait for remediation at our authentication provider. Agent reporting and other Jamf Protect functionality remains unaffected.

Due to an ongoing incident involving increased authentication error rates, some customers hosted in the US region may be unable to log in to Jamf Protect or obtain API Client tokens. Agent reporting and other Jamf Protect functionality remains unaffected.
