The remaining issue with running Adhoc reports has now been resolved with the escalation release and users can successfully run adhoc reports without errors. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. Any customer that still experiences any errors with Adhoc should please alert our Support Team. Any district that experiences any login issues should also report to our support team to help investigate any isolated cases.

The team has identified and tested a solution for customers receiving an error when running Adhoc reports The fix will be deployed via emergency release tonight, 12/20.

Any customer that is still unable to log in may reach out to our support team to further investigate and confirm the errors being seen.

Customers may still receive an error when running Adhoc reports. The team has identified a possible solution and are currently testing a fix. When the fix is verified, we will apply it via an escalation release.

We have identified and fixed all known login issues some Professional Learning and Perform Enterprise customers were experiencing. Any customer that is still unable to log in may reach out to our support team to further investigate and confirm the errors being seen.
