QuickBooks Desktop download page returns a 403 in Production and UAT

The incident has now been resolved, ongoing monitoring has shown the platform has returned to normal stability.

All users previously affected should be able to download the connector without disruption in UAT and in Prod. They should also be able to complete push operations as usual.

We have implemented a fix in Production.

Affected users should now notice that they are now able to download the connector in UAT and in Production, without hitting any error. You should also be able to complete any push operations that were previously failing.

We have identified the cause of the incident and are currently implementing a fix to remediate the issue.

This incident will be updated as soon as we have successfully tested and rolled out a fix in Production, and no later than 12PM BST.

Investigating
We are actively investigating an issue preventing end-users to download new QuickBooks Desktop connectors.

Affected users will notice that end-users are getting a 403 when downloading a new QuickBooks Desktop connector in Production and in UAT. Some clients might also hit a 5xx error when submitting push operations to a QuickBooks Desktop company.

This incident will be updated as soon as we have identified the issue, and no later than 11:00AM BST.
