A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results. The get Reservations endpoint was recovered at 8:55 AM PDT.

We are currently investigating an issue related to increased error rate on the reservation endpoints. The increase started around 7:05 AM PDT. We'll post updates as we have more information.
