  • Some of the nightly data processing did not run, causing data availability issues. This was due to a problem with a database system.

Actions performed:

  • A ticket was opened with the service provider who manages this database system. The problem has been solved and the data processing has been restarted.

We are currently experiencing data availability issues on AS2 applications for several customers.
Scheduled exports may be still pending to be sent.
Our technical teams are actively working to resolve the issue.
