Dear Customers,

We are experiencing an issue with OVO e-wallet transactions that are confirmed to be partner issues.

Impact:
- Intermittent 503 Channel Unavailable for creating tokenized payment charge, getting end-user balance, and linking
- End user won't be able to check balance & link account
- Merchants will be able to initiate transactions but will receive a CHANNEL_UNAVAILABLE with a HTTP 503 response.

We are currently in the process of investigating and will keep this page updated as we learn more and restore these services.
