Please note that Tuesday 21.03.2023 is a public holiday in South Africa, banks do not process payments on public holidays. This means any withdrawals from Luno that we send to the banks won’t be processed until Wednesday 22.03.2023.
This only applies to ZAR withdrawals. Crypto withdrawals are being processed as normal according to our service level agreements.
