Update
We have identified an issue in South Africa preventing FNB Bank customers from accessing the service. Customers are receiving a message: "You need to reauthorize" and when they try to do so they get the error “Your Authorisation Code has not been accepted. Please check and try again”.
The service is working as expected for other users using different banks.
We are currently investigating.
