Resolved
This incident is now resolved. During the incident users were unable to log in to the application or perform any operations. Executions and triggers were slightly delayed but all continued successfully once the incident was over.

We've also identified a small number of incoming requests that timed out during the incident but should have been retried by third party systems and succeeded eventually. We will reach out to affected customers.

Monitoring
We've identified an outage that happened between 15:12 and 15:18 (UTC). The application is currently completely operational but we are still monitoring the situation and will be back with further information soon.

This incident affected: Workflow Execution, Workflow Builder (Workflow Builder API, Workflow Builder App, Workflow Builder Logs), and Embedded (Embedded API, Embedded App).
