Resolved

We're back! Everything should be up and running.

Few of the browserstack mobile devices were not available and some users might have faced issues while launching a session.
It was caused by an incorrect platform change.
The issue began at 16:12 UTC and was resolved at 16:42.
The issue was intermittent and users trying to launch a session on iOS 15 and iOS 16 devices were impacted.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
