This incident has been resolved. All statements are delivered, but is it possible there are duplicates. Possible duplicate statements can occur between 12 October 14.30 and 13 October 15.30. Please check your administration for double statements in this time frame. Our apologies for the inconvenience caused.

The cause of the partial delivery of Rabobank bank statements was found and resolved. Due to an connection error at Rabobank no files were send. The issue did only affect the Rabobank PSD2 bank link and not the Rabobank Boekhoudkoppeling, unlike earlier messaging. The issue affected statements between 12 October 14.30 and 13 October 15.30. New bank statements will be retrieved as usual. For the missing statements the best solution is being investigated. Please abstain from manually importing or entering transactions while the best solution is being investigated. Our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
