- What was the Impact: Users might have experienced that captions are not visible on some entries. For a portion of entries, captions may have been previously visible. In those cases, Captions were enabled, but the text was not visible on the player. Transcripts also might not have appeared.
Current Status: Our Engineering team identified the root cause and solved the issue. The fix was deployed and captions should now be available on entries. Caption files that were previously edited should have been restored in their edited state.

Current Status: Our Engineering team previously identified the root cause and has prepared a fix. The fix will next go through QA testing today.
What to Expect Next: We expect that the fix will be deployed on Wednesday, November 25th, by or before end of day UTC (mid-day Eastern).
