Dear user,

There is a general issue with the generation of Express waybills at the moment.
The issue seems to stem from a connecting system. We are in touch with our colleagues to solve this as quickly as possible.

In urgent cases please head over to eMailShip to create a single waybill. Please keep in mind that the original waybills still need to be closed via the API once this is possible again. Otherwise, the shipment data is not transferred and tracking will not be available.

We will inform you as soon as the issue has been resolved.

Please note that this only concerns DHL Express customers.
