Monitoring
Twilio has started seeing recovery for inbound/Outbound calls connecting to our Ashburn (US1) edge location interconnecting for Voice (both SDK and SIP), Elastic SIP Trunking and around 10% of MMS messages from Twilio Long Code and Toll-Free. Clusters have been restored and are currently being monitored to ensure a full recovery. We expect to provide another update in 2 hours or as soon as more information becomes available.

Twilio is still facing the issue where the customers on Ausburn (US1 ) Interconnecting for Voice (both SDK and SIP) and Elastic SIP trunking may experience timeouts and one-way audio which includes PSTN calls getting delayed with one-way audio. Twilio engineers are working to resolve the issue; they will provide an update in 8 hours or as soon as more information becomes available.
