At 08.32 an issue was discovered in the e-invoicing service which affected both sending and receiving invoices. The root cause was a server failure which caused disruption.
At 10.19 a restart and restore was initiated, and at 12.10 it was verified that all services were running at normal capacity. E-invoices paused was resent, and there was no dataloss.
There will be follow-up actions to ensure a stable service.
