Unable to connect or export with NetSuite SuiteSignOn
Incident Report for Expensify
Resolved
NetSuite SuiteSignOn is now available to all mutual NetSuite and Expensify customers again following the end of NetSuite's scheduled test window.

A reminder to all customers using SuiteSignOn to connect NetSuite to Expensify that NetSuite will deprecate SuiteSignOn (SSO) for direct integrations like Expensify in the upcoming 2021.1 version, scheduled for Q1 2021. This will prevent syncs and exports between Expensify and NetSuite for SSO connections from then on.

All customers can migrate quickly to Token-Based Authentication before the NetSuite 2021.1 version is released by following the steps here: https://community.expensify.com/discussion/7720/moving-from-netsuite-sso-to-token-based-authentication

Monitoring
NetSuite support has confirmed that this was a planned, temporary SuiteSignOn outage. NetSuite has emailed affected customers regarding this planned outage with the following subject line: "24-hour Test Window to Help You Identify Required Changes to Your Production Account"

This planned outage should last 24 hours. We will continue to monitor the situation and update here when SuiteSignOn is functional again.

Investigating
Any customers connected to NetSuite via SuiteSignOn may be encountering "Login Error. Please check your credentials" in Expensify when syncing or exporting to NetSuite, or "This feature is not available to your company" in NetSuite when connecting to Expensify.

A known fix is to switch your NetSuite connection to update your Expensify Bundle, disconnect from NetSuite, and reconnect with Token-Based Authentication. The team is working hard to bring SuiteSignOn back as soon as possible. Reach out to concierge@expensify.com for anything else.
