We do not see this issue anymore. Bounce levels have normalized and AWS confirmed resolution from their side as well.

Identified

Emails sent to customers with gmail.com addresses are not being delivered. Some addresses hosted by Google Workspace accounts are also affected. We’re working with AWS to resolve this.
