We have deployed several additional software updates during the last week and have addressed the issues with the reflection of enrolment completion status in a third party LMS.

Monitoring
We have deployed a software update that resolves the intermittent issue where enrolment completion status for SCORM learning content is not always accurately reflected in a 3rd party LMS. The vast majority of Go1 content consists of SCORM learning objects, so this update will resolve the issue for most learners who have completed enrolments since the update was released.

We are actively working on a similar solution for the other learning content formats that are represented in the Go1 Content Hub. We will continue to monitor the situation to ensure that learners are experiencing the expected behavior and that enrolment completions are recorded correctly. We expect to close out any issues with other content formats by Friday, May 14, 2021.

Update
As we announced last week, we are aware of an intermittent issue where enrolment completion status is not always accurately reflected in a 3rd party LMS. We have identified the cause of this intermittent issue and the development of a long-term solution continues to be our top priority.
Since the last update, we have completed a trial of a solution for individual learning items using SCORM, and it has moved to the QA and validation stage of our process.
We are currently tracking toward a target solution deployment date of Monday, May 10. However, we are working to deploy the solution more quickly if we can do so without any negative customer impact.
Please note this issue can be resolved in most cases by re-entering the course after a delay of approximately 10 minutes after completion. This will trigger an update process which will correct the enrolment status for the course.

In most cases, this issue can be resolved if the affected user re-enters the course at least 10 minutes after completion. This will trigger an update process which will correct the enrolment status for the course.
