Resolved
The issue was root-caused to WAF rule synchronization across VoltMesh API Gateway. This has been rectified by manually removing and re-installing the WAF rule and the software team will perform RCA.

Both issues - Customer dashboard and new customer sign-up has been resolved. We are continuing to monitor the situation and will mark it closed in the next few hrs.

While the problem started with new customer sign-ups, the problem has now cascaded to existing customer dashboard. The SRE team is investigating actively and we will update in 10 mins.

We are experiencing problems with AWS DNS service that is affecting new customers to sign-up. Existing customers are not affected and able to continue accessing their dashboard and services.
