Update

We are continuing to work on a fix for this issue. In the mean time, camera statuses may continue to be inaccurate until we implement this solution.

Identified

We have a delay in the systems that monitor camera status. This delay may cause some customers to see cameras as offline when they are actually functional.

We have identified the issue and are actively working to resolve it.
