Hello All

We are pleased to inform you that this issue has been resolved and we will roll out alongside the 2021.2 deployments. This will start from tomorrow, Friday 26th June and progress through to Tuesday next week as all deployments are updated.

The cause was identified as a change by Microsoft in SharePoint and OneDrive for Business in the processing of the exchanged data.

The mitigation for this required thorough QA testing and reviews to be included alongside a feature release. We apologize for the delay and inconvenience caused. The status will be set to 'Operational' as each deployment is updated.

We’re in the process of testing a mitigation to the error received by SharePoint for Business and OneDrive.
Pending QA we will announce next steps and timelines.

Incident details:

Mitigation: n/a

Incident Scope:
Scanning to SharePoint Online / OneDrive for Business is not possible from uniFLOW Online.
Scanning to OneDrive Personal is not affected.

Description:
We have been receiving reports from customers about scanning to SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business not working. From the feedback and testing we see that the issue started to spread starting from last Friday. Thus we believe the issue is caused by a patch rollout in the SharePoint Online / OneDrive backend by Microsoft which is outside of our control.

This is NOT affecting all customers but appears to be a progressive update rolling out globally.

We'll continue to monitor and investigate this incident.
