Between 14:54 UTC and 16:34 UTC links in the free shortcm.li subdomain displayed error 503. Recently we released speed optimization, which improves the response time of shortcm.li subdomains, but did not add correct monitoring for it. The issue is fixed and correct alerts added to prevent the problem happen in future
