The root cause of the interruption of service for Acquia Cloud IDE has been identified and steps to mitigate the disruption have been taken. All IDE’s should be functional at this time. Acquia is closely monitoring the situation.

Investigating
Acquia is investigating an issue impacting Acquia Cloud IDE. Impacted customers may encounter errors when trying to access an IDE that has gone into a hibernation state. A Cloud IDE will automatically hibernate after two hours of inactivity. We will provide additional information as it becomes available.
