Update
We have rolled back a recent update, which has returned functionality, however, we're continuing to investigate a separate concern that may have also had (and could still be having) an impact.

We have investigated and identified an issue with the LeanLibrary extension resources We are working on a resolution now and will update this incident when it is resolved.

This incident affected: Talis Aspire Reading Lists (General) and Lean Library (Lean Library).
