Our provider has advised us that the historic MMS service for SMS only capable numbers has now been decommissioned.

Therefore we are currently working with customers who have SMS only capable dedicated numbers on a case by case basis to rectify the issue.

Investigating
Today we received notice from our Provider that they have decommissioned their MMS View service.

For now, customers who have been receiving MMS on non-MMS enabled dedicated numbers will no longer receive them.

We are in contact with Provider now to resolve the issue and will update this status once we know more
