Monitoring
All analytics are now real-time. A very small percentage of metrics experienced overcounting as a result of this incident. Once these analytics have been repaired, we will resolve this incident.

Identified
The issue has been identified, and delays have been resolved for 50% of metrics that were previously delayed. However, 12.5% of all metrics are still delayed by approximately 2 hours. We will provide another update once these metrics are closer to real-time, which we expect to take several more hours.

Investigating
We are investigating an incident impacting roughly 25% of all Klaviyo metrics. Campaign, flow, and dashboard reports may appear outdated by approximately 2-3 hours for impacted accounts. No email or SMS sending is impacted, and no data is lost. We are actively working to resolve and will provide updates as they become available.
