On Tuesday 8th of February, some aXcelerate customers were unable to use the warehoused reports until 11am. This issue was caused by network traffic in AWS being slower than usual causing a database operation to be delayed. We have since improved this process to be able to handle delays and also improved our monitoring to be able to detect this earlier.
Since this event, warehoused reporting for all the affected customers has worked as expected.
