Monitoring
A fix has been implemented for the issue preventing users from previewing and sending offers, as well as previewing resumes and files. Customers should start being able to preview and send offers, as well as preview resumes and files. We’re currently monitoring to ensure that there are no further issues and we’ll send a final update to confirm that there have been no recurrences.

Investigating
We are currently investigating an issue that's preventing users from previewing and sending offers, as well as previewing resumes and files. We became aware of this issue around 9:15 AM PDT and affected users will see a spinning wheel when attempting to send offers or a "This document cannot be previewed" message when attempting to preview offers, resumes, and files. We’re working to identify the issue and put a resolution in place as soon as possible.
