Postmortem

On Friday 29th January, one of our IaaS service providers encountered a network anomaly.

This disruption lasted approximately 45 minutes and caused slowness within our infrastructure, resulting in a massive delay in our signature process.

Improvements have been made in order to be able to resume our normal activities more quickly.

We apologize for the inconvenience.

Update
The situation is stabilized however delays in terms of signature times are still present, and application is still a bit slow.

We are doing our best to correct this problem. Our engineers are working to identify and resolve this as fast as possible.
