Monitoring
We continue to monitor the situation and some components are back to normal operation. However it is still expected to have some delays in how parcel status updates are propagated to shop integrations.

Investigating
We are currently investigating an issue that affects the rate parcels are updated in our platform. It is expected to have degraded performance on the following components: track and trace emails, track and trace pages, and up to date statuses in parcels created visible in the Sendcloud platform (including APIs).
