Update

We have rolled out a misconfiguration to our Content Delivery Network, currently we are failing to serve images to sandbox sites. This is not affecting live sites.

Update

Tool load speed has improved gradually after the team increased the server instances in the effected regions. Development team is still investigating the issue with the images.
