Call completion for a subset of UC accounts is not working

A fix has been implemented and call completion rates are returning to normal. We are continuing to monitor the affected accounts.

Investigating
We have identified an issue preventing inbound and outbound calls from being completed for a subset of accounts.

Calls to Desktop, Mobile, and Desktop Phones are affected by this issue.

We are working to restore service as soon as possible and will provide updates until service is restored.
