We are still seeing intermittent call connectivity or call quality issues, mainly on inbound calls. We are working with our carrier partner to resolve this incident.

Issue has been identified with one of our carrier partner in Europe and Asia. We are working with them in order to resolve the issue.

We are currently aware of issues with calls connecting, dropping, transfers failing, and lack of audio on calls (inbound and outbound). We are investigating this and will update when the issue is identified.
