Global was able to identify the source of the settlement error, allowing PayTrace to resubmit the 7:30pmPST settlement file successfully. If you have not already, batch reports for all settled transactions should be delivered to their standard recipients shortly. Thank you for your patience as we worked to correct this brief delay.

We are currently investigating a settlement error on the Global Processing platform causing delayed settlement for the merchant's who have an auto settlement time of 7:30pmPST. All other settlement files have been successfully processed. Global is aware of the issue and is attempting to locate the cause of the rejected settlement. Once they provide our team with the necessary information, we will resubmit all impacted files and update our Status Page.

Once completed, batch reports will be generated and distributed as normal.
