We are glad to announce that Facebook has resolved the issue causing failing Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads widgets. We have confirmed everything is working as expected again. The issue started May 26th 2023, 11:00 (CEST) and impacted most of our Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads users.

We’re currently experiencing a partial service outage for Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads. Our team is in close contact with Facebook's technical team to get it fixed as soon as possible.
We’ve determined that when reporting on Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads widgets, retrieving data from Facebook's platforms occasionally fails with different errors. Most Facebook & Instagram users may be affected.
