We are happy to inform that the service issue with Squiz Cloud hosted instances has been resolved. Squiz has switched the impacted network traffic to another transit link restoring all services. Additional checks performed by our network teams have indicated environment stability. We will continue to monitor the situation closely to ensure services remain fully operational.

Squiz internal monitoring has detected intermittent issues within the Squiz Cloud hosted instances which might impact all our UK based customers. Ongoing investigations have indicated upstream issues with Internet transit providers. Our support teams are engaged and running standard health checks against our environment for anomalies.
