Update
Following the restoration of AWS services, we have monitored and validated that all data processing has been completed successfully. For any usage information upload, we are working to verify data accuracy and integrity.

All the components are fully operational.
The Totango system is still catching up, 90% of the data upload is done and data processing is in progress.
We are monitoring the system's catch-up to its full completeness.

The AWS Northern Virginia data center was resolved and the Totango system is catching up.
All the components are fully operational. We are monitoring the data upload and processing progress to its full recovery.

Due to an outage with the AWS Northern Virginia data center, our batch processing is currently stopped. This impacts integrations and background processing. Data should be processed upon AWS recovery. No data will be lost.

We expect a delay in campaign emails being sent out
