From around 11:40 UTC on Tuesday 21st September until 19:40 UTC on Wednesday 22nd September, a small number of customers may have experienced issues with data synchronisation between Intercom and Salesforce. The issue has been resolved, and we will contact affected customers to update them on any further action required.
