Investigating
Datto Networking Products experienced a service disruption with our AP check-in service between approximately 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM Eastern time, where the check-ins were not completed as expected.

During this time period, you may have received false alerts notifying you of APs that were offline, or missing check-ins.
Currently, engineering is looking into a service disruption with our router check-in service that began at approximately 9:00 PM Eastern time.

This issue was believed to be resolved by 11:00 PM Eastern time, however we are still receiving occasional reports that the D200 Router Series is still sending these false reports.

Our engineering team is aware of the issue, and working towards a resolution.

Both of these outages should not cause any disruption to the end user - they are errors in the reporting service only.
