Update
We are still investigating the cause for the reports, but have found that this is potentially impacting manual configurations for IKEv2 as well. We have confirmed it is not impacting the iOS app at this time. We will continue to investigate and provide updates as they become available.

We have been alerted to an intermittent problem with IKEv2 in our Android App and are investigating the cause. If you are encountering this issue, it is recommended you choose a different VPN type. We will update this incident when we have more information.
