We are continuing to work on resolving this issue where customers are unable to access projects via the ACC mobile app as quickly as possible. Customers are requested to hold off on upgrading the ACC mobile app to version 7.26.x or above. We will provide an update as soon as we have more information to share.

We have identified the cause of the issue where customers are unable to access projects via the ACC mobile app. As a workaround, customers are advised to Uninstall and reinstall the app. Our team is actively working on resolving this as quickly as possible. We will provide an update within 60 minutes or sooner if we have more information to share.
