The new version of the mobile app (6.5.2) will resolve the issue. Release is scheduled for April 1st 2022.

Investigating
We are investigating login issues with the mobile app. The users already logged in are not impacted. As a workaround, the users can upload their receipts via web or send them via email to receipts@rydoo.com.
