The outage impacting our upstream provider has mostly been resolved, however we are still experiencing delays with receiving emails sent to us during the outage. Our engineers are continuing to monitor the situation.

Our engineers have identified an outage impacting our upstream provider. We're monitoring the situation closely but until this is resolved, access to Neto Support Hub and support cases will be impacted, phone support is still available.

We will be unable to respond to existing cases until this has been resolved. We apologise for any inconvenience and will provide an update as soon as we can.
