Resolved
The problem was solved about 30 minutes ago.
During the incident, visitor and agent could exchange written messages but the video did not start correctly on the agent side.
After a monitoring period we confirm that the problem is back to normal and close this incident.

Investigating
We have identified a problem on the Video channel.
Once the conversation is started on the visitor's side, it is not correctly displayed in the desk. We are currently investigating the problem.
